Anthem Blue Cross / Blue Shield

When you have decided to retire, you should contact your employer's business office and follow the necessary steps to have your group health insurance and Deltal Dental transferred to the retiree group. This is not done automatically.

Your employer will advise you to complete a Blue Cross and Blue Shield form which will transfer your current level of coverage to a retiree group. This transfer form will come from your employer along with other retirement paperwork. Those retiring under MSRS will have premiums deducted from their monthly benefit check.
